Biography

Thomas A. Rogus’ practice is focused on the defense of construction negligence, premises liability, transportation, and commercial matters. He has over a decade of experience in counseling businesses on a wide array of issues. Tom has worked with clients in a variety of industries, and has expertise in prosecuting and defending disputes involving contracts, employment law, and complex commercial matters. He also has extensive experience providing corporate and regulatory advisement to his clients. Tom’s experience and dedication to clients make him a trusted and effective advocate for individuals and businesses alike.

Tom earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Loyola University Chicago before obtaining his Juris Doctor degree from University of Illinois at Chicago Law School. He has been an active member of the Illinois State Bar Association since 2011 and is a member of the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel.
