Biography

Tara O’Mahoney focuses her practice on products liability and commercial litigation. Her practice includes representing companies based outside of the United States that are involved in litigation in our state and federal court systems.  Tara has experience in commercial litigation, labor and employment, products liability litigation, vaccine injury litigation, and municipal and election law. 

Tara is a graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law (J.D., 2011), and Truman State University (B.A., 2008).  She is admitted to the bar in Illinois and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Numerous state and federal courts, including California, Florida, New Jersey, and New York, have admitted Tara to practice pro hac vice.
