The firm recently welcomed an in-house attorney from Liebherr-International Germany, Sebastian Koenig, for a two-week internship at our Chicago offices. Cremer Law serves as national counsel for several Liebherr divisions that manufacture mobile cranes, mining equipment, and household appliances.

As part of our national coordinating counsel program for international product manufacturers like Liebherr, we offer key in-house attorneys the opportunity to take a deep dive into U.S. litigation, our judicial system, product liability law and the special defenses available to foreign defendants in U.S. courts. Mr. Koenig not only participated in training sessions with partners Bill Cremer and Tom Pender, he attended depositions, a product inspection, a day of trial proceedings, and a Cubs game at Wrigley Field!
