The plaintiff, an employee of a commercial tenant, fell after allegedly slipping on a puddle of water in an office kitchenette. He required multiple surgeries to his shoulder and wrist as a result of the fall and was unable to return to full time work for over a year. John and Neil argued that their clients were not provided timely notice of water on the floor prior and, once notice was provided, they acted in a reasonable manner. The court agreed and summary judgment was entered in their clients’ favor.
