Dalton Cook’s practice is centered on the defense of international and domestic companies in various Commercial Litigation, Products Liability Litigation, and General Tort Litigation issues. Dalton currently serves as defense counsel for a variety of product manufacturers and other institutional clients, including foreign-based multinational corporations involved in high-stakes litigation in state and federal courts across the country.  Before joining Cremer Law, Dalton practiced in Memphis, Tennessee with a firm focusing on personal injury and estate planning.

Dalton graduated from The University of Memphis (B.A., summa cum laude, 2020) and the University of Memphis – Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law (J.D., 2023).  While in law school, Dalton received the Christian D. Soronen Award for Excellence in Oral Advocacy, given to the top oral advocate in the graduating class.  He is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois and the State of Tennessee. Dalton loves to watch the Memphis Grizzlies and spend time with his cat Leroy.
