Heinz-Peter (“HP”) Drosten is the Global Business Representative for Cremer Law, LLC. HP has more than three decades of broad international insurance and re-insurance experience having worked in various roles in one of the world’s largest property and casualty insurers based in Zurich, Switzerland. HP has deep knowledge having covered in more than 40 countries areas that included general management, international casualty underwriting, technical and claims governance, compliance and audit roles. HP gained his experience with Zurich Financial Services in Switzerland where he served in various roles, including Head of Claims Process Governance, Claims Quality Assurance (QA) Head for Middle East & Africa, Global Head of QA Certification as well as Global Head of QA Governance & Compliance for Zurich Global Corporate. In addition, HP led dozens of internal audits for over 6 years in Zurich Group Audit as a Senior and Portfolio Manager. HP was also the internal audit representative to the board of directors for Zurich Reinsurance Company and Orion, a Swiss legal protection insurance company. HP is fluent in German and English.

HP is a graduate of the University of Bonn (Germany), where he received a Master of Law (state exam) in 1986.

HP was the recipient of the “Lion Spontaneous Award, Class A” given by Zurich Financial Services in 1999 and a Group CEO award in 2015.
